The Department of Employment and Learning want to raise awareness amongst migrant workers and their representatives of the employment rights that migrant workers are entitled to, including where they can go
for advice and guidance, what they can do when things go wrong and how to
make a complaint if they feel their rights have been withheld from them.
Presentations will be made by DEL Employment Agency Inspectorate (EAI), the
Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA), the Equality Commission Northern Ireland
(ECNI) and the Labour Relations Agency (LRA).
