"PANI would like to invite you to a pilot lesson of “Let’s speak Polish” – introductory course of Polish language. Pilot lesson will take place at Polish Association NI, 7 North Street , BT1 1NH, Belfast (our office is on 3rd floor) on Friday 12th of August at 9.00 am (one hour maximum time).If you cannot attend on this date, please send us an email (piotr@polishassociation.org), so we can keep you updated on lessons organised i.n future. The lesson (and whole course) is free and everyone can come.We will provide all needed materials, but please take a notebook of some form with you.
First lesson will cover the very basics of communication like greetings, simple questions, requests and also some cultural stuff.Let’s speak Polish” is an introductory course for people who need basics of Polish language to create friendly and open atmosphere when talking with Poles, as well as to understand the most important expressions in daily life (e.g. calling for help).Lessons will be provided by a Jagiellonian University graduate, Piotr Nowak, who specialises in teaching Polish as a foreign language.Programme of the course can be tailored to fit your needs, amount of time etc. Every lesson will include pronunciation training and cultural background (i.e. social norms of behaviour etc.).
