The support and advice we provide aim at promoting independent living and improving the quality of family life.

Support to Victims of Racial Harassment and Discrimination
The project aims to provide practical advice and support to those who have experienced racist harassment and discrimination.

Anti-Racism Training
Our Anti-racism programme has been established to tackle the growth of racist based attitudes and opinions in Northern Ireland.

Capacity Building
NICEM can help to build the infrastructure of organisations and support the growth of the social economy within the Black and Minority Ethnic Sector.

Report Hate Crime
NICEM encourages anyone who is the victim or the witness of a hate crime or hate incident to report it immediately.
Ways to Report an Incident
- The Police Service operate an online form for reporting of hate crime (you will need to switch off your web browser's Pop-Up blocker to access this form)
To report a hate crime or hate incident directly to the police, go to: www.psni.police.uk - Alternatively please feel to contact our Racial Harassment Advice Manager who will assist you to report an incident and give advice and support in an independent and confidential capacity.
