Together with organisation’s staff or management we would facilitate introduction and self-assessment session
Meet monthly with organisation to keep up on progress of the action plan and following up on completion of actions
Provide information and model policies from other organisations to avoid working from scratch
Communicate with Quality Champion in organisation and manage paperwork, minutes, action plans, etc for year 1.
Organise training for groups in areas which they have identified as priority
Support those organisations to develop and manage community enterprises
