The UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, which monitors the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, will be calling for evidence to support its review of how the UK Government implements the Convention rights, taking place in August 2016.
NICEM will organise a number of training seminars across Northern Ireland over the next two months, to empower the BME communities in response to the call from the UN Committee and to help translate your concerns into a report to present to the Committee.
