A Vigil to support the City Council Motion regarding the Humanitarian Crisis across Europe

A vigil will be outside the Belfast City Hall on Monday, 7 September at 5:00 pm to support the Belfast City Council Motion regarding the Humanitarian Crisis. Please share this and get both friends and family to come along.

The details of the motion is follow:

Council Motion - Humanitarian Crisis in Europe

“This Council abhors the terrible humanitarian and refugee crisis and the terrible deaths resulting from that crisis, unfolding across Europe.”

“The Council wishes to discuss how we and the citizens of Belfast might respond to this crisis and offer practical assistance to families fleeing conflicts in Syria, Libya, Iraq and Kurdistan.”
