A new publication authored by Dr. Robbie McVeigh and commissioned by NICEM has been released. It is titled, “The Demography of Ethnicity and Racism in Northern Ireland: Towards making Ethnicity fit for Purpose”. We regard this new publication as an important paper that highlights the issue surrounding whether the current tools regarding ethnic monitoring are fit for purpose.
